tonihei fcc0bd403f Report uri and response headers of chunks. 
Both values are helpful for event reporting, but are only available while
the data source is open. Similar to bytesLoaded, they need to be reported
through the Chunk.

ExoPlayer DASH library module

Provides support for Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) content. To play DASH content, instantiate a DashMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
