216e6c3b21 ssl: use verify and verify_fingerprint 
Both have their uses. The latter is very strict in what it will accept,
but it does not catch expired certificates.

7ace6fb8f1 Permissions of status files are now checked 
Also vdirsyncer now doesn't leak passwords from the config file into
the collection cache.

See #213.
