Raise an error when parsing a vobject that has mismatched `BEGIN` and `END` lines (e.g., `BEGIN:FOO` followed by `END:BAR`) or missing `END` lines (e.g., `BEGIN:FOO` with no subsequent `END:FOO`). Fixes #1102.
