Clean up build system and implement XTerm.js renderer

- Replace TypeScript compilation with esbuild bundling
- Organize all generated files in public/bundle/
- Remove PWA features and simplify index.html
- Add XTerm.js renderer with same API as custom renderer
- Create comprehensive test suite in public/tests/
- Update .gitignore to only track source files
