Fix iOS CI and enable test execution
- Fix test file paths in Xcode project (remove doubled VibeTunnelTests prefix) - Fix TestFixtures to match ServerConfig initializer signature - Re-enable iOS test execution in CI workflow - Add proper test results artifact upload
