Extracts sample timestamp from the given binary FLAC frame header data structure.

Parameters:

streamInfo - A FlacStreamInfo instance

frameData - A ParsableByteArray including binary FLAC frame header data structure. Its position should be set to the beginning of the structure.

Returns:

Sample timestamp
